Partridge Lake is a very quiet 100-acre “2-loon” lake with about 75 lakeside properties. In April of 2004, the owners bought this 1.15 acre property which had one building - the seasonal cottage. In 2005 construction was completed on anew building - a year-round studio apartment with garage below which allowed for winter living at the lake. What is unique about this property is the number of different ways it can be used. Either the apartment over the garage or the summer cottage or both may be rented. A new owner could occupy the apartment while renting the cottage or while the cottage is reconstructed or winterized. The apartment can be rented out and the cottage used by family or friends. It has two distinct shorelines - one with deep water, the other offers a gradual entrance to the lake. There is no formal homeowners association - there is a voluntary Partridge Lake Property Owners Association - PLPOA. The PLPOA has an active lake water quality committee which performs lake water testing throughout the year.
