Up half a flight is the main living level with a wood-burning fireplace, a kitchen, a dining area, and the deck facing the woods and Clear Brook. Up another flight brings you to the loft area with two twins and a set of bunks, as well as a small sitting area for games and great views toward the slopes. The level below the entry hosts the primary bedroom with an en suite bath, as well as access to the tub and sauna area, before stepping out to the backyard. A hallway leads past the bedroom to the sauna directly as well. Finally, follow the stairs down one more half flight to find a three-quarter bath with a stacked washer and dryer and a bonus room beyond with 2 more beds. The lowest level can be locked off and has a separate water heater in the crawl space. This home also has a charter membership to the Village of Loon Swim & Tennis Club that is transferable at closing, allowing you to access indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, saunas, a game room, and tennis courts. Short-term rentals and most pets are allowed at the homes as well.
